Orient duo back in training

Leyton Orient's Sean Thornton and Alton Thelwell have returned to training following injury,

Thornton limped out of Orient's 2-0 defeat against Northampton Town on January 25 after suffering a hamstring injury which had also kept him out for five weeks during November and December.

Thelwell suffered a knee injury that had kept him out since the end of December.

However, Tamika Mkandawire could be out for a month after continuing to struggle from a long-standing groin injury which forced him to be replaced during the 1-0 defeat at home to Crewe Alexandra on Tuesday evening.
