Leyton Orient's new youth team manager Kevin Nugent has revealed his delight at returning to Brisbane Road for a third spell with the club.
The 38-year-old frontman made 157 appearances during two spells with the O's and has returned to the club after spending four years as player/assistant-manager at Swansea City.
"It's my third time back now and I'm looking forward to getting started," he told the club's official website.
"Jimmy Hallybone first brought me here when I was 13 or 14 and I was coached as a youngster by Peter Brabrook and Dario Gradi, and then by Patsy Holland in the youth team.
"I know the ins and outs of youth football having overseen some of that at Swansea, and I'm really looking forward to the challenge of running my own department here.
"I've just completed my Pro Licence and it's an excellent qualification to have. It works at all levels of management and it will be good to take that into the youth development side of things.
"There was another year left on my contract at Swansea, but we came to an agreement down there and I'm really happy to have got the chance to work at Orient."
