Mkandawire: Orient need results

The O's have slipped to within five points of the League One relegation zone following four matches without a win. Mkandawire's second-half strike salvaged a 1-1 draw with Gillingham on Tuesday and he is hoping they can get their season back on track with victory over promotion-chasing Swindon on Saturday. "We need to keep grinding out results to ease our position," Mkandawire told london24.com. "We have got ourselves into this situation and we have got to get ourselves out of it by working hard and applying ourselves on the training pitch and on a match day. "When you look around our dressing room there is real quality in there, but we don't always play up to our potential," he said.
