Leyton Orient boss Martin Ling claims he has no fear over his future despite the O's currently sitting at the foot of League One.
Ling, who has been in the Brisbane Road hot-seat for three years, insists club chairman Barry Hearn hasn't given him the dreaded vote of confidence or suggested that he is looking to make changes at the top.
"I signed a two-year deal in the summer and I have never been worried," he said.
"My conversations with the chairman have left me convinced that my future here is not in doubt.
"I have never had any negative vibes from the chairman and I want to get Orient out of trouble in the league."
