Ling points to safety

Leyton Orient manager Martin Ling feels the priceless 2-0 victory over Bradford City on Saturday has effectively secured their League One status.
The O's moved up to 18th in the table and five points clear of the last relegation spot after the victory - their first for eight games - at Valley Parade.
"We're not quite safe yet, but we're nearly there," said Ling.
"We won't be comfortable until we're mathematically safe, but it's very difficult for the teams below us to catch us now.
"A win against Nottingham Forest would put all the demons to bed."
