Ling licks his wounds

Leyton Orient manager Martin Ling had no complaints after seeing his side's relegation fears increase with a 4-1 home thumping at the hands of Brighton.
The O's had been demolished 5-0 at Bournemouth at the weekend and fared little better against the Seagulls to deepen the woes at Brisbane Road.
Ling said afterwards: "Brighton did all the nasty things better than us. They worked hard and won all the second ball.
"We did have eight players out, but it's not my style to moan about injuries - we've got to get on with it.
"We have now let in nine goals in our last two games against sides around us near the bottom. I'm sure people will be writing us off, but we seem to do better when that happens.
"We missed a couple of first-half chances and goals change games. But we never got going in the second half.
"We are in a relegation dogfight and we have to accept it."
