Leyton Orient boss Martin Ling has expressed his desire to extend young Tottenham Hotspur striker Andy Barcham's loan spell until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old frontman has made five appearances so far, but has yet to score and with his initial loan coming to an end, he has impressed enough for the O's to inquire about prolonging his stay.
Speaking to the club's official website, Ling said: "I want to sign Andy Barcham until the end of the season and his performance on Tuesday (against Gillingham) makes me more determined to do that.
"He had a decent game, was a constant threat and worked his socks off."
Barcham came close to opening his account for the O's, but struck a post in the goalless draw at Brisbane Road.
