Ling focuses on players

Leyton Orient manager Martin Ling claims he is more concerned with finalising his squad for next season than discussing his own future at Brisbane Road.
Ling has 12 months left to run on his O's deal but is not looking to sit down with the chairman until he has resolved the futures of a number of soon to be out of contract players.
"There have been brief discussions about mine and (assistant) Dean Smith's futures at the club, and I'm sure we would both be very interested in staying beyond this forthcoming season," said Ling.
"But rather than worry about whether we are going to get new contracts the pair of us have our main focus on the six players we have offered contracts to and if they will accept.
"Hopefully once we know who is staying with us, we can start to move on other targets, although I have started to speak to players we maybe interested in because even if the six stay with us we will still need at least five other new faces in the building."
