Ling challenge for Demetriou

Leyton Orient manager Martin Ling has urged Jason Demetriou to get among the goals on a more regular basis.
The 20-year-old netted the winner in the 1-0 FA Cup first round victory at Colchester United at the weekend, but that strike was just his second of the season so far.
Ling told the club's official website: "I do think that Jason needs to get more goals.
"He's a player who could get you eight or more in a season and we need players scoring from that position.
"He's now got two this year and he'll take confidence from that. It was a good finish and we'd like him to build on that now."
