Leyton Orient manager Martin Ling had no excuses after watching his high-flying side lose the derby clash with Millwall 1-0.
Lions defender Zak Whitbread scored the only goal in the ninth minute and Ling's side never really looked like getting back into the game as they crashed to their fifth defeat of the season.
"Millwall deserved to win the game," the O's boss admitted. "We've only made their keeper work once, and the only players who come out with any credit are Andy Barcham and Glenn Morris.
"The other ten were nowhere near good enough, especially on the ball.
"We had no retention of the ball, we didn't ask questions and, for me, this was the most disappointing performance of the season - even more so than when we got beaten 5-0 by Swansea.
"Millwall are a different animal under Kenny Jackett and they deserved what they got."
