A fantastic week - Slade

Orient manager Russell Slade could not hide his delight after seeing Dean Cox snatch a last-gasp equaliser to earn his side a 1-1 draw at Bournemouth.Midfielder Cox rifled home an 89th-minute equaliser to deny Cherries boss Lee Bradbury a fourth successive league win after a fine individual goal by Michael Symes six minutes before half-time appeared to have secured maximum points for Bournemouth.Slade, whose side have taken a point off both Brighton and Bournemouth in their last two games, said: "It doesn't surprise me we've got a draw. We drew with Brighton & Hove Albion four days ago, so to draw with the top two sides inside a week is fantastic."We're playing with a degree of confidence and resiliance and overall we deserved a point. In the second half we had a lion's share of the possession without looking as though we would necessarily hurt them."We had one great chance early in the second half when Jonathan Tehoue ran through with only the keeper to beat."I thought it was slipping away, but Cox's goal at the end was a fine one. He's very capable of doing things like that and has scored six now."
