Williams wants O's improvement

Posh led 3-1 at half-time and although Orient improved after the break Scott McGleish's second goal could not spare them a ninth home defeat of the season. Williams said: "The first 45 minutes were disappointing. We spoke about being positive but we didn't do it. We found ourselves two down again as we had on Saturday. "We got ourselves back into the game but kicked ourselves again by conceding on the stroke of half-time from a set-piece at which everyone knew what their jobs were but didn't do them. "I was very annoyed at half-time for the first time with the lads. The response in the second half was fantastic. "Peterborough are the best footballing side in the division and we had a right go in the second half - but you can't come from two goals down against such good sides."
