Williams wants Orient to push on

The O's boss saw his side fall behind to an early Chris Dickson strike only for Tamika Mkandawire to snatch a point in the second half.

"We have to be satisfied," said Williams. "Overall it was probably a fair result.

"They created the chances in the first half but we also had much possession but didn't do enough with it.

"I told them at half-time to be more positive and to attack. Tamika Mkandawire's goal was a fantastic finish and he strolled off with his finger in the air as if he was Ronaldo.

"It is very tight in this division both at the top and the bottom. It is the only league with four relegation spots, so there's always that one extra straggler that gets caught - we have to make sure it is not us."
