Orient were knocked out of the FA Cup 1-0 by Rovers in Tuesday night's first-round replay, and Williams insists his side will be better prepared when the Merseysiders head back to east London on Saturday.[LNB]"It was Tranmere's plan to sit in and frustrate us and we really didn't have enough to break them down and create clear-cut chances," he said.[LNB]"That was disappointing but you have to give them credit for being resolute.[LNB]"That game has gone, we have lost it. We are out of the FA Cup. We have got the same opposition on Saturday and if they come and do the same thing we have got to find a way to break them down and go on and win the game."[LNB][LNB]
