The 20-year-old Wales Under-21 international impressed Williams during a loan spell from Reading at the end of the season scoring four times for the Brisbane Road club. He has found his opportunities hard to come by at Reading and only made his maiden first-team start in Tuesday's play-off defeat to Burnley. And although Williams is keen for Church to return to Orient, he accepts Reading may not reveal their plans for the player until the end of the summer. He told the Ilford Recorder: "I would love to keep him, but he is a Reading player. We gave him an opportunity last season and he took it with both hands. But at this stage, it's difficult to know what players will be available for loans next season. "Most teams don't really know who they will let out until after they have finished pre-season. But, bringing people in on loan is something we will be looking to do."
