Orient were indebted to substitute midfielder Andros Townsend, who scored within two minutes of coming on, his goal securing their first home league win of the season and their first victory in nine league and cup games.[LNB]Williams said: "All home victories are good, but this one was especially good. It was a London derby, and the players showed what it means to the fans. They gave everything for the shirt, and I am delighted for everyone."[LNB]On the subject of his match-winner, Williams added: "I have every confidence in young Andros. He is lightning quick, as you saw from the goal, and it was an easy decision to throw him on.[LNB]"It was an excellent finish and we see that every day in training. He put it into the far corner and the shot he had just afterwards was moving all over, and the keeper did well to tip it over."[LNB][LNB]
