Williams disappointed after defeat

Tamika Mkandawire's 27th-minute goal put Orient ahead but Jonjo Shelvey and Deon Burton were on target as Charlton maintained their 100 per cent record with a 2-1 win. Williams said: "It was a much better performance than Saturday but unfortunately the same result. "I thought a draw would have been a fair result because it was a very good game of football, very entertaining, but we have come out of it with nothing for our efforts again. "It's very disappointing to lose points through defensive errors and that is what we have said in the dressing room. If teams were tearing us apart and creating chance after chance we could do something about it. But we just have to cut out those individual errors. "We matched Charlton but the difference is they have got nine points and we have got three."
