The Hammers youngster played the full 90 minutes as England Under-19s fell to a 3-0 defeat against Spain on Tuesday, and ended the match as captain after starting skipper Henri Lansbury was substituted.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "I'm really enjoying my time at the O's. It's a great football club to play for and it was nice to come away here having got a good result on Saturday.[LNB]"I had to put things at Orient to the back of my mind for Tuesday night, but my O's head will be back on as soon as I get in on Wednesday.[LNB]"The clean sheet at Tranmere will give us a lot of confidence. If you keep clean sheets you've got a chance of winning matches - as Manchester United have shown recently - and it gives us a firm foundation to build on. Hopefully we can get a run of clean sheets going and I'm sure the results will follow.[LNB]"It's great to be playing regularly. The lads are helping me learn with every single minute of every single game I play in. It's fantastic for me and now I've got the shirt I don't want to let it go."[LNB][LNB]
