Slade keen to bolster defence

Leyton Orient boss Russell Slade knows he needs to tighten up his defence if they are to climb away from trouble at the foot of the League One table. The Os slipped to a third consecutive defeat on Saturday when they were undone by a late Lee Hughes winner to go down 3-2 against Notts County. "People simply didn't do their jobs well enough at the back," said Slade. "At the minute we're having to score three goals, by and large, to win a football match and therein lies our problem."
