Same again for Os

Leyton Orient manager Russell Slade could name an unchanged side for the Carling Cup visit of West Brom. The Os picked up their first point of the season with an encouraging display at Southampton on Saturday and Slade will consider sticking with his starting line-up. Alex Revell passed a late fitness check and started on his own in attack with veteran striker Scott McGleish dropping to the bench. Charlie Daniels was pushed forward from his usual position at left-back into midfield, with youngster Mike Cestor coming into the back four. Rookie striker Jake Argent, who signed his first professional contract this summer, is the only injury absentee with a long-term knee ligament problem.
