Leyton Orient are bracing themselves for interest in their in-form striker Alex Revell when the transfer window opens in January.
Revell is hot property after taking his tally for the season to 11 with another goal in Tuesday night's 2-2 draw with Peterborough.
And assistant manager Kevin Nugent revealed hard work on the training ground is the secret to the frontman's success.
"Alex works ever so hard in training and is always striving to improve his game," said Nugent.
"He is getting himself into good position inside the box more and more, and the timing of his runs now is excellent."
