A hat-trick from Lee Barnard means Orient are now without a victory in their last six games in all competitions and it also ended their unbeaten streak away from home.[LNB]Williams said: "We've had a frank discussion about our performance in the second half and we are very disappointed about it.[LNB]"We had a good chance before the penalty and another where it was a case of was it or wasn't it an equaliser, then they got a second and a third.[LNB]"I was happy with the first-half performance and if we had replicated it in the second then we would have been the winners but full credit to Southend."[LNB][LNB]
