Orient will survive - Thornton

The O's have picked up their form considerably since the appointment of new boss Geraint Williams at the beginning of last month, picking up 13 points from his seven games in charge. Orient now sit in 17th position in the table, four points ahead of Swindon, who currently occupy the final relegation spot and Thornton believes Williams is the crucial factor in the up-turn in form. "Since the new manager has come in, he has got the confidence back in the team and all the lads are sticking together now," the former Sunderland man told the Ilford Recorder. "Hopefully, we will stick together to the end of the season."
