Leyton Orient are "hopeful" the Boxing Day clash with MK Dons will beat the freeze. The Os drafted in volunteers earlier this week to help clear the pitch and the areas surrounding Brisbane Road of snow. Frost covers have now been placed over the pitch to protect it against the freezing conditions predicted later this week. A spokesman said: "The club are hopeful Sunday's match will be able to go ahead."
