Russell Squares Up to Challenge So it's Russell Slade who is to be our appointed, if temporary, saviour following the dismissal of Geraint Williams and the disastrous run of form that sees O's languishing in 20th place. Can he do it? Well he knows the lower leagues and saved Brighton from a similar predicament last year so we can only hope................... Slade has previously been in charge at Yeovil, Brighton, Grimsby, Notts County and Scarborough.
