Midfielder set for Orient recall
Winger Nicky Adams was this week recalled by Leicester after a successful six-game loan spell during which the O's were unbeaten.[LNB]Jimmy Smith could therefore earn a recall in midfield with Adrian Patulea added to the matchday squad.[LNB]There will be a further change on the bench after defender Matthew Briggs' loan spell from Fulham came to an end, so Luke Ashworth will probably return among the substitutes.[LNB]Williams has no fresh injury worries to contend with and will otherwise stick with the side which came so close to beating Leeds until they conceded an injury-time equaliser last weekend.[LNB][LNB]
