The 35-year-old striker rolled back the years to head the winner from substitute Adrian Patulea's cross in the 77th minute, ending Orient's run of three straight losses on the road.[LNB]Wycombe had the better of a scrappy first half and Chris Zebroski's header from a difficult angle was well-saved by Orient goalkeeper Jamie Jones, while Matt Harrold and Michael Duberry were both narrowly off target with close-range headers.[LNB]But Orient improved after the break and McGleish broke the deadlock in the 77th minute, after he had earlier volleyed wide from seven yards and been denied one-on-one by Scott Shearer.[LNB]The veteran striker nipped in ahead of Wanderers full-back Craig Woodman to plant a well-placed header past Shearer which he could only tip into the net.[LNB]Wycombe piled forward in the dying minutes but Harrold's 85th minute header was cleared off the line by Ben Chorley as their winless run stretched to seven games.[LNB][LNB]
