Double defensive doubt for O's

Leyton Orient defenders Nathan Clarke and Mathieu Baudry are injury doubts for the visit of Preston.

Skipper Clarke missed Tuesday night's Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat at Stevenage due to a back spasm and is rated 50-50.

Fellow centre-half Baudry is still struggling with the knee injury which has kept him out of the last four matches and is set to miss out again.

The leaders are boosted by the return of midfielder Romain Vincelot, who can also play at the back, after suspension while striker Kevin Lisbie is likely to reclaim his place after starting on the bench at Boro.

Stuart Beavon and Will Hayhurst will be unavailable for Preston.

Striker Beavon must serve a three-match suspension following his sending-off in the 6-0 thrashing of Barnet in the FA Cup last weekend while teenage midfielder Hayhurst is away on international duty with Republic of Ireland Under-21s.

Midfielder Neil Kilkenny, reunited with boss Simon Grayson who managed him at Leeds, could make his debut after arriving on loan from Bristol City while winger Jeffrey Monakana is expected to be in the squad after being recalled from Colchester.

Striker Iain Hume is available after pulling out of the Canada squad while Jamaica have allowed all their European-based players to feature for their clubs, so Grayson has winger Chris Humphrey at his disposal.
