Cox worry for Orient

Leyton Orient will check on Dean Cox ahead of the visit of Notts County.

Winger Cox missed Tuesday night's 2-2 draw at Brentford with a thigh injury but boss Russell Slade is hopeful he will be fit.

Defender Scott Cuthbert was also absent at Griffin Park having only recently got back to fitness following a long-term hamstring injury, so he could return.

Fellow centre-half and club captain Nathan Clarke was able to join in the warm-up on Tuesday night and is nearing a return after two months out with an ankle injury.

But striker Kevin Lisbie looks set to miss out again with the hamstring injury which has kept him on the sidelines for the last four matches.

Notts County are expected to be unchanged for the trip.

Manager Keith Curle made one enforced change against Oldham on Tuesday night, with forward Francois Zoko suspended following his red card in the 1-1 home draw against Sheffield United.

Enoch Showunmi came into the team and scored the winner in a 1-0 victory at Meadow Lane.

Zoko will complete his two-game ban so Showunmi should keep his place in the team following the summer signing's first league goal for the club.

Defenders Julian Kelly and Manny Smith, midfielders Gavin Mahon, Joss Labadie and Hamza Bencherif and teenage striker Romello Nangel were all on the bench in midweek and are likely to make up the substitutes once more against the O's.
