Same again for Orient Leyton Orient could be unchanged for the visit of London rivals Brentford.

The O's have no new injuries and registered their first League One win of the season with a surprise 1-0 success at Swindon on Saturday. Lloyd James is likely to miss out again with the ankle knock which has sidelined him for the last two matches, meaning Leon McSweeney continues at the back.

Fellow defender Gary Sawyer played at Swindon despite picking up a knock in training and came through unscathed. Ryan Allsop continues in goal after regular number one Jamie Jones was ruled out for another four to six weeks with a recurrence of the shoulder problem which dogged him throughout last season. Brentford will check on Adam Forshaw ahead of the short trip. The midfielder has been struggling with an abdominal problem recently and came off as a precaution during the second half of Saturday's 1-0 win over Colchester at Griffin Park.

Norwich loanee Tom Adeyemi came on for his debut as Forshaw's replacement and could be in line for his first start. Harry Forrester and club stalwart Kevin O'Connor are other options for boss Uwe Rosler should he decide not to risk Forshaw. Rosler has no other injury concerns and can welcome winger Stuart Dallas back into his squad after he missed out at the weekend having been called up by Northern Ireland's Under-21s.
