Jarvis: Not good enough

Leyton Orient striker Ryan Jarvis admits the time has come for their new-look side to start performing. Boss Russell Slade has brought in 10 new players since the end of last season and warned it would take time for them to gel. But with the Os lying second from bottom with just four points, Jarvis knows they need some wins to avoid being cut off from the teams above them. "We've had seven games and had five defeats which just isn't good enough," he said. "We've all got to get onto the training ground and figure out the way we want to play. We've got to work out the way we want to defend and attack as a team and not concern ourselves with individual performances. "We are in the relegation zone and we don't want to be there."
