Forbes back as Orient look to silence Canaries

Terrell Forbes returns to the Leyton Orient side for the FA Cup trip to Norwich. The defender has finally completed a three-match ban for the red card he received in the 8-2 second-round win over Droylsden a month ago. Forbes will partner Ben Chorley at centre-half with Elliot Omozusi reverting to right-back in place of Andrew Whing, who has returned to Brighton after his loan spell ended. Omozusi picked up a slight knee injury during the 4-2 win over Colchester on Monday but is expected to be available. Midfielder Stephen Dawson also hopes to figure despite being struck down with an illness this week. Striker Ryan Jarvis has returned from a loan spell at Northampton but is cup-tied.
