Demetriou targets home comforts
The O's were denied a first home win of the season thanks to a fortuitous goal from Craig Noone which earned Exeter a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
But Demetriou felt they should have been out of sight by then and wants his side to show a more ruthless streak.
"We should have won the game but we didn't capitalise on the chances we had," he said.
"The story is becoming too familiar, especially at home, and we need to get it out of our system. It's the second home game in a row we've let in a late equaliser and it makes it feel like a defeat.
"But we did get a point and we'll look to build on that. The squad is more than capable of pushing up higher in the league and we have to show that."
