Leyton Orient have signed Brighton defender Andrew Whing on loan. The 26-year-old former Coventry right-back has agreed a deal to stay at Brisbane Road until January. Whing played under Os boss Russell Slade at Brighton but has lost his first-team spot under current Seagulls manager Gus Poyet. "Andy will give us more strength in depth defensively," said Slade. "He's a really good type so I'm pleased we've got his signature."
