Leyton Orient captain Stephen Dawson has told his team-mates they must believe in their own capabilities if they are to get out of the League One relegation zone. Orient are currently one place off the foot of the table having gained just nine points from 11 games so far this season and face Hartlepool next. Dawson believes his side are good enough to move out of the drop-zone and secure League One status and secure a place in the division for a fifth successive season. He told This is London: "We've got to believe we can turn it around. On Saturday we outplayed one of the best sides in this division (when losing 1-0 at Sheffield Wednesday). "If we play like we did there and bring it into this week, then we will be OK."
