Cup run has boosted confidence - Mpoku

Leyton Orient winger Paul-Jose Mpoku claims the club's FA Cup run has given them the confidence to perform in League One. The Os have dumped out Championship sides Norwich and Swansea this season to earn a bumper fifth-round tie with Arsenal. And far from seeing the cup as a distraction, the Londoners have also picked up in the league with Saturday's 1-1 draw at high-flying Bournemouth their sixth match undefeated. "We took a point off leaders Brighton and then a point against Bournemouth shows how far we have come," said on-loan Tottenham youngster Mpoku. "It wasn't long ago we lost 5-0 at Brighton. I think the wins against Norwich and Swansea have given us confidence that we can beat the bigger teams. "We have been working so hard in training and now we are seeing the results."
