In-form Orient took the lead through Jason Crowe's own goal before three goals in the last 19 minutes earned Northampton the win. "Anybody just walking into the ground would soon decide who most wanted the points and for me that was very disappointing," blasted Williams. "Although we are now safe it shouldn't be difficult to motivate the players because we have people who pay to come and watch us. "The players are paid to work hard and that is until the final game of the season. There is an awful lot to play for, not least personal pride. "Probably over the 90 minutes Northampton created more chances than any opponents since I've been at this club, so you've got to give credit to them. At the end we got what we deserved."
