Verma pens Foxes contract

Leicester City have completed the permanent signing of Aman Verma on a one-year deal.

The 22-year-old former Redditch United midfielder initially joined the Foxes in December 2008 on a six-month contract after impressing during a trial.

However, he failed to make a first-team appearance for Nigel Pearson's side as they successful sealed an immediate return to the Championship.

Verma made 14 appearances for Conference North side Redditch and broke into City's reserve side in the last few months of the season.
