Tunchev blow rocks Foxes

Leicester City have been dealt a blow with the news that defender Aleksandar Tunchev will miss the rest of the season through injury.

The Bulgaria international suffered a knee injury in the FA Cup third round replay defeat at Crystal Palace on Wednesday and had to be stretchered off the field.

A scan has revealed that the 27-year-old has sustained a partial tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in his knee.

Tunchev has made 25 appearances for the League One promotion-chasers since his arrival from CSKA Sofia last summer.
