Leicester City have handed promising midfielder James Wesolowski a new four-year contract.
The 19-year-old Australian only signed a two-year deal last summer but will now remain at the Walkers Stadium until summer 2011 after impressing new Foxes boss Martin Allen since his arrival at the club.
"I am chuffed to bits that James has signed a contract extension," said Allen.
"He has energy, he has enthusiasm and I'm really looking forward to working with him and helping him to get into the full Australia squad."
Wesolowski made 27 appearances for the Foxes last season.
