Hoos hopeful of investment
Published : 12 Jul 2010 11:00:40

Leicester chief executive Lee Hoos insists there have been no offers to buy the club but would welcome any investors to step in with a bid.The Foxes, who recently appointed former Swansea boss Paulo Sousa as their new manager, have been linked with investors from Indonesia who were believed to be ready to make an offer for the club. But Hoos is adamant there have been no approaches although, if the right offer was to come along, he would be willing to consider it as he looks to help the club achieve its ambitions of returning to the Premier League. He told the Leicester Mercury: "We've never made a secret of the fact that if the right people came along we would be interested."To the best of my knowledge nothing has happened as yet. No one has made an offer but people have come in and had talks about taking an interest in the club."If someone came along willing to put millions into the club it would be great for everyone."
