Leicester City manager Ian Holloway has confirmed he is setting his sights on signing Chelsea winger Scott Sinclair.
Sinclair, who played under Holloway during a loan spell at Plymouth Argyle, has slipped down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge and the Foxes management will be hoping to persuade the youngster to move to the Walkers Stadium.
An enquiry has already been lodged and Holloway is waiting to hear if his approach has been successful or not.
Speaking to Radio Leicester, Holloway said: "Someone like Scott, who I've borrowed before, would be a great option.
"We've asked about him and we're waiting."
The Championship side will be looking to reverse their fortunes in the Championship table as they are only four points above the drop-zone after Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Blackpool.
