Foxes urged to help out Fryatt

Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson wants to see the rest of his squad ease the burden on in-form striker Matt Fryatt, who has already scored 22 times this season.

Fryatt failed to find the net in the 2-1 weekend win at Carlisle United, having recorded hat-tricks in his two previous outings, against Southend United and Dagenham & Redbridge.

Pearson told the Leicester Mercury: "Matty has been taking the headlines, as you would expect because of the two hat-tricks.

"But, over the course of the season, we will have to score goals from all through the team if we are to be successful. We can't expect Matty to score every time.

"My biggest concern is just for us to be successful and do whatever it takes, but I know Matty is feeling very confident and goes into every game thinking he can score."
