Foxes turn to Worthington

Leicester City have appointed Nigel Worthington as caretaker manager after deciding to axe Rob Kelly with the Foxes still not clear from the threat of relegation.
Kelly was shown the door after a run of eight games without a win, with the Foxes only five points above the Championship drop zone.
Chairman Milan Mandaric told the club's official website: "Indifferent results and continuing underachievement on the field have left me with no alternative but to address the situation.
"I have the utmost respect for Rob and his team and the tremendous job they have done in increasingly difficult circumstances over the last 14 months.
"As a result of the unexpected change, I have taken the decision to appoint the former Nigel Worthington as temporary caretaker manager with immediate affect.
"Nigel will be joined by Doug Livermore as his assistant. They have agreed to take charge for the remaining five games of the season, at which time I will review and address the managerial situation."
Worthington was axed by Norwich City in October last year, having been in charge at Carrow Road for nearly six years.
The former Northern Ireland international had earlier cut his managerial teeth at Blackpool.
