Foxes snare a pair

Leicester City manager Rob Kelly has made a double swoop on deadline day to snap up Sheffield United striker Geoff Horsfield and Spurs midfielder Mark Yeates on loan.

Both players will stay with the Foxes until the end of the season, with Kelly delighted to have landed the pair after seeing Gareth Williams leave to join Watford.

He told the club's official website: "Geoff gives us something different up front. He has a physical presence, experience and knows the division.

"He's not played for a little while, so we will need to get him up to speed. But I think he will be a good addition for us.

"Mark is a talented young player. We've had him watched on a number of occasions.

"He can play on either side and gives us something different to what we have already got."
