The Football Association has fined Leicester City £3,000 for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.
The charge relates to the Foxes' 3-1 defeat at Ipswich Town on December 11 and they have also been warned as to their future conduct.
Leicester's players were furious when Patrick Kisnorbo was dismissed for fouling Pablo Counago and conceding a penalty. The FA later rescinded the red card.
Meanwhile, chairman Milan Mandaric has praised the club's fans that have continued to back the side in what has been a difficult campaign.
He told the club's official website: "I would like to thank our fans from the bottom of my heart for the tremendous support they have given the team since I arrived here.
"The passion and faith that they have displayed has been unbelievable.
"We have such a huge fan base here and that produces positive pressure on us to give the supporters back some reward.
"They are really demonstrating what they feel for the club with their backing and not too many clubs have that."
