Dickov set for Foxes return

Former Scotland international Paul Dickov is on the verge of returning to Leicester City on a one-year contract.

The 35-year-old is without a club after being released by Manchester City at the end of last season.

Dickov has been linked with Blackpool, where he enjoyed a successful loan spell last term, and Toronto FC, but would prefer a return to the Walkers Stadium.

He scored 32 goals in 89 appearances in his three seasons with the Foxes before moving to Blackburn Rovers four years ago.
