Wesolowski set for Accies switch
The Australia international, who had a loan spell at Dundee United last season, has struggled to force his way into City boss Nigel Pearson's plans after a succession of injury problems.
He was not given a squad number for the forthcoming Championship campaign and the 21-year-old is poised to move to New Douglas Park in search of regular first-team football.
