Wellens seeking home comforts

City went into the two-week break on the back of a 1-0 reverse at Newcastle - Leicester's first league defeat of the season - which saw the promotion favourites go to the top of the table. Blackpool and Peterborough visit the Walkers Stadium in the space of four days when the Championship resumes and Wellens is targeting six points. "We have had three tough away games this season and after the international break we have two home games," the summer signing from Doncaster told City's official website. "If we get six points from these two home games we will have still made a very good start to the season. "If you want to be up there every team needs to have good home form. It is very rare you find a team top of the league when it struggles at home and wins away. "It is difficult to win away games in this league and what we have to do is make sure we are difficult to beat at home and every home win is vital."
