The 29-year-old became the Foxes' seventh summer signing when he swapped Doncaster for the Walkers Stadium this week. He told the club's official website: "I've come here to try to get into the Premier League. I think I've got six or seven years left in me and I want to play in the top flight. If I work hard, it might happen. "If you take Newcastle out of the equation, Leicester are as big as any club in the Championship. "Doncaster were as good as anyone in the league last season but didn't have the finance to go and get a striker and a couple more players to give them an extra push. "They averaged gates of only 12,000 so couldn't attract players, while they can attract players to Leicester."
